“Arrived for appointment at 2pm. My hairdresser told me she was just going to eat a sandwich. 25 minutes later she reappeared ( I had not been offered a drink even). We discussed my hair then she disappeared for another 25 minutes. Eventually at 2.55pm my treatment was started AND I had to ask for a glass of water as nothing had been given to me. I was given no apology when I arrived or when I left. This was a very disappointing experience.”
