“I had a cut and foils. The cut was fine but the colour was much too blonde and not what I asked for. When I rang to talk to them about it, they were extremely unhelpful, rude and patronizing. They made no offer to fix the issue, Will not be going back.”

“Hi, I was about to buy a scoupon and called this Salon. I was asking how many foils i would be getting in ‘scattered foils’. The staff could not answer this at the time. I called a few other hairdressers and they told me how many i would more than likely get. Only having this done before i did not want to get a shock in the hairdressers to find i was only getting about 3 foils. I called back the next day and asked if they could tell me roughly how many but they wouldnt say. If that wasnt bad enough, they were pretty and patronising on the phone. They said 3 times, ” as i already told you the other day”. This wasnt a very nice way to speak to a new potential customer. Ah Well, im just delighted with myself for not buying the scoupon before calling. I fully believe that everything happens for a reason and the management being the way they were on the phone with me put me off buying it and i know that was for the best.”
