The intimate nature of our business enables us to connect with women in an environment where they feel safe.

By creating a unique channel of communication, our expansive network of Stylists throughout Australia and New Zealand work together to increase awareness around issues that directly impact the lives of women.

Intimo Aware campaigns for breast health, domestic violence awareness and the provision of well-fitting, supportive lingerie to those who could otherwise not afford it.

Each year, we encourage women to take charge of their health, speak up and help others.

#BEBREASTAWARE

Intimo comes into contact with approximately 3,500 women each week.

The intimate nature of our service enables our Stylists to communicate the vital importance of regular self-checks and early detection of breast cancer.

To reinforce this importance, every Intimo bra comes with an attached card that contains the simple steps to conducting your own breast check.

#ENDTHESILENCE

We’ve been campaigning to #ENDTHESILENCE around domestic violence for over 10 years. With over 150,000 conversations taking place at Intimo bra fittings each year, our bra fit experts facilitate a community of dialogue that equips women with crucial information so that they can identify what is happening to themselves or others, and seek qualified assistance.

In 2016 in partnership with Share the Dignity and Women’s Refuge, Intimo raised over $30,000 for domestic violence awareness. Read more about #ENDTHESILENCE or find out how you can help.

Project Uplift

Intimo is an official affiliate of Project Uplift, which supplies bras to women in developing countries who could otherwise not afford them.

To date, we have donated over 305,448 new bras and funded multiple shipments to the Pacific Islands. In addition to this, our Stylists collect pre-loved bras and drop them off at collection points all over Australia and New Zealand to further support underprivileged communities. Care Packs

In addition to our official campaigns, Intimo is dedicated to supporting women within our local communities during their time of need.

The provision of care packs to those affected by bushfires, floods and natural disasters, and the regular distribution of garments to women’s shelters all over Australia and New Zealand forms a pivotal role in our mission to support women.

“Ok so this is a mixed bag. I love my Intimo consultant she is caring and considerate an understands that bra fittings for larger girls can be an awful experience. I have spent substantial amounts on your products and I have the same issue nearly every time with underwire snapping or breaking through the bra. You guys contacted me about a comment I made on a friends facebook page it seems we had the same issue. I contacted head office and they said the would call I expressly requested calls after 4 pm because I am not taking a bra call in an open office full of men. Can customer service follow instructions it appears not… ultimately my consultant called me and said return the bras in question. So I did. Then head office rings to say they are out of warranty and have to be assessed.
So it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything gotta love a lack of customer services. I after posting here I had 2 bras delivered to me. Thankyou. A little communication does go a long way though.. I wasn’t prepared to delete the whole review I think it needs to stand. Let’s hope these bras last a little longer.�”

“I’ve tried contacting Intimo several time with no response about being Really dissapointed that my underwire has broken in 1 of my bras! No

I had Spent all day stuck at work with the wire sticking into my chest �
At the price we pay they should last longer then 9-10 months!!
I’ve got much cheaper bras that have lasted a lot longer then my Intimo ones.
I like the way intimo bras fit and feel but if this is going to be a regular occurrence then I may need to find another brand.”

“I am very fussy when it comes to bras and Intimo have been the only ones I find comfortable. Today, the wire came out of my favourite pair which I got less than a year ago and I had this happen to another pair only about 2 months ago that I got at the same time. Very disappointing considering the money I have spent on the bras only for the wire to break through not even a year after having them.”

“Had a bra fitting done and loved the feel of them, very supportive and felt nice to wear. After I payed for my bras I felt my consultant didnt care anymore so that was disappointing and not very good customer service. Got my bras and what fitted perfectly at the fitting doeant feel the same now. They are super tight and I now have to get a back extender so it feels comfortable.”
