A good introduction to Lomi Lomi!

​This Lomi Massage is done at a quicker pace and to the fun sounds of island-style reggae music. Heart rate and stress levels are still lowered but the upbeat rhythms keep you jazzed for the day.

2. 1.5 hour Lomi massage

This is the most popular Lomi Lomi massage and allows time for stillness and healing. You will hear your own heartbeat and slow down your breathing. Lymphatic drainage and Trigger point therapy are applied in this massage to alleviate tension in blocked areas. A very good massage for athletes and runners but also a wonderful way to just re-set you.

3. Full 2 hour Lomi Massage

This is the royal luxury pampering, fit for any King or Queen. It slowly plunges you into the parasympathetic state, allowing the nervous system to re-align. It is superb for anyone needing deep rest. It is the complete Lomi Lomi bliss experience and really puts the brakes on. Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Stretching is applied to alleviate tense muscles and joints. A perfect massage for those experiencing higher amounts of stress than usual.
