All our travel agents have extensive knowledge and understanding which they have gained through their own world travels coupled with our formal training programs. Our history

In early 1995, itravel was founded by two friends in a small office in Elizabeth Street, Sydney Australia. At that time it operated as a tiny independent travel company that prided itself on good old fashion customer service. Over the years it started to grow, but it wasn’t until 2008 when it underwent a major overhaul and created a fresh, new and exciting brand. Today itravel is one of the fastest growing independent travel franchises and mobile travel agent networks in Australia. The company employs more than 100 people nationally and is constantly winning industry awards. We continue to show commitment to our customers by focusing heavily on customer experience while offering exceptionally competitive pricing. We pride ourselves on our highly trained and experienced consultants, who concentrate on giving value for money, friendly service and a smile.

“Nothing but the worst experience so far and we haven’t even left yet!! Flights were booked with no baggage and only noted once I brought it up! Positive Agent did pay from own pocket. 60kg. Although there are 5 of us travelling so we will still need to buy more luggage allowance. Then now to top it off have looked into the hotel offered and it is nothing but bad reviews! Everything was extremely rushed! No care taken at all to explain hotel or flights. It was just here is your offer take it or price expires! I went to “experts” to get the best products for value for money! But should of done it myself! Now before even getting on the plane we are up for baggage $$ and have a big let down knowing the hotel is old and rundown that others have all complained about when it was offered as a 4 star!! Absolutely disappointed and will never use or recommend itravel again! First ever family holiday and this is what we got before leaving!”

“Ilocos-Laoag-Pagudpud–We were a group of six (so exclusive) and sobrang sulit yung package–which is the cheapest we found. Beyond expectation naming lahat ang experience. It was a smooth ride from home to the North, and it’s really great to have Kuya Agi as our driver/tour guide; he got great sense of humor. Nyaha, not to mention na patok ang music ni Kuya. The lodging was comfortable, and the keepers of the place were very accommodating, kind to us. Highly recommended!!! And my tribe will be back for other tours :)”
