“My fiancee walked into your Reservoir store for a pedicure. She limped out and was in pain with every step she took.
I asked to speak to the manager and was told that she was working on someone and therefore was too busy to deal with our complaint. The young woman who did speak to us told us this was not their problem, these things happen, and suggested that the doctor’s clinic a few doors down might still be open.
This is completely unacceptable. My fiancee will not be returning, and we will do our best to ensure that none of our acquaintances risk themselves in your butchery of a store.”
