“I’ve been going to Jagged Hair and Beauty Salon for over 2 years now and I’m always happy with their service. I love getting my hair cut and coloured there and know the girls will always be up-to-date or even a few months ahead of the hottest trends.

I went to a few other hairdressers in the New Farm/Teneriffe area before trying my luck with Gabby at Jagged Hair. The three other salons I went to before I found them (I won’t name names) mostly did an okay job – except for one horror story – but the staff at those salons weren’t as friendly and I didn’t feel as pampered or welcome there.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but I’ve been meaning to come on here and give Jagged Hair Salon one for a while now. By far the friendliest and most professional stylists I have met, and I’m sure they’ll do as good a job on your hair and they always do on mine. I’ve already convinced my mum and several of my friends to try them out, and now everyone is converted.”

“Moving to new area I decided to try this salon from a deal on Groupon, they said I can pay in store. I did my research, which seemed good about one of the stylist. Little I knew there only 2 hair dresser there, & my luck the one who got me was a 2yr experience with pink hair. I told her I want brown highlights (my hair is dark brown) but I don’t want orange, Bronz, gold or yellow. I told her I like my hair dark, don’t want any light hair. I just want to touch up what I already had. So she showed me a brown which I said, are you sure this is not gonna be orang or red, she said yes it’s fine.i told them I don’t usually color all my hair. She decided to bleach my hair & toner /color all my hair. After it was done, I was shocked & scared how crappy my hair looked, Bronz highlights & all my hair changed color to lighter brown, I was so scared. Luckily the other hair dresser Melissa in between her clients came to rescue & I had to redo my hair, I was there for 3 hours & still had some light in it. Melissa said I can go back to toner it for free, if she wasn’t there i didn’t know what to do. i haven’t gone back as I don’t like to color all my hair. Do your research & ask for someone with good review, don’t just rock up there expecting all are good.”
