This time I went to refresh my highlights and refresh my hair straightening permanently..I waited for the time Ranee advised till I washed my hair..After washing my hair with only water and using the conditioner she gave me,my hair looked broke and in a nasty condition..my hair wasn’t straightened too..I went to her and she kindly offered to give me products to renourish my hair…But this is too late..I don’t trust that these products will fix my hair as she should have not applied any product to my hair if she thought my hair couldn’t handle the products..I am really frustrated from my hair condition and the money over 400 dollars for nothing.. My hair is falling and broken.”
