DELIVERY & RETURNS

Postage and Delivery
Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of pick-up arrangements.

We recommend either a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details) or PO BOX for prompt delivery.

We deliver by Australia Post. Goods may not be delivered next day due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes etc) beyond the control of Jay Jays or Australia Post.

If someone is home to sign for the delivery, then the driver will require a signature for the parcel. If no one is available to sign, and there is a safe place to leave the parcel, then it will be left at the property. If not, it will be carded to your local Post Office for collection.

Free Delivery
Free standard delivery is available on orders of AUD$60 or more in one transaction for delivery within Australia and New Zealand. Standard delivery rates will continue to apply to any orders of AUD$60 or less. Offer available 11:59PM AEST 01/05/17. Delivery fees will continue to apply to international and express orders.

Next Business Day delivery is available to customers located in Australian CBD, metro and major regional areas (excluding excluding WA, NT & Far North QLD). If you are located outside a Next Business Day area, choosing Express delivery will still result in a faster delivery than Standard delivery.
For Next Business Day delivery you must place your order by 2pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time)on any business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be despatched on the next business day. If your order is placed after 2pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time) your order will be delivered on an Express delivery service.

The prices within the online store DO NOT include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur.
Our New Zealand customers should note that any such additional charges will depend on the value of your order, and will be on top of the price. Customers in New Zealand can use the NZ Customs Service online estimator at www.whatsmyduty.org.nz to estimate what – if any – duties you may need to pay.
For all other countries, please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what these additional charges may be.
To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.

Jay Jays Gift Card
You may split payments between a GIFT CARD and either a Credit Card or PayPal. If you choose to split a payment, you must enter in your gift card information first.

You can select up to 3 payment methods. You may use either Paypal or a credit card, but not both in the same transaction. If you wish, you can alter a payment method at any time by editing the options.

Are the prices online the same in store?
We endeavour to keep our prices consistent throughout our stores and online. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs that are only available when purchasing online. These promotions will only apply to online orders unless otherwise stated.
