“Received the wrong shirt colours. So I contacted them on day of delivery, for return. They told me to wait for returns department to contact me. 2 days passed and no contact. So I had to contact them. Only then did they reply via email at the end of the day, saying that they will only accept returned goods 7 days after delivery. Knowing interstate parcels take a few days to deliver, I knew it would not get to the company in time. Very dissappointed. Will not buy from them again.”
