REMEDIAL MASSAGE
RM uses a variety of massage techniques to help bring you back to a better state of health and well being. Remedial Massage, Sports Massage and Trigger Point Therapy aid by heating the muscles and tendons that are damaged, impaired or knotted using specialised techniques to support and speed up the body’s own repair systems. By relaxing the muscles, whose strength may be inhibited by trigger points, RM aids in structurally realigning the body allowing greater range of motion and freedom.

RELAXATION/SWEDISH MASSAGE
Relaxation/Swedish massage is a soothing and healing massage employing lighter strokes to help ease tight or tired muscles, decrease stress/anxiety and induce deep relaxation improving mood and a sense of well being.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Pregnancy Massage (or Prenatal massage) has been shown to be beneficial in helping ease the aches and pains women can experience during pregnancy. Regular massage treatments may help reduce back pain, headaches, leg cramps, swollen feet and ankles, and insomnia. The nuturing nature of massage can also provide emotional support, especially in times when so many physical and hormonal changes are taking place.
