About Me….
Hi.

My name is Jenny Mortimer.

I studied at the South Australian Health Education Centre-SAHEC- (now known at Endeavour College) on Curry St Adelaide, in 2003. I studied for 2 years, full time, to gain my Diploma of Remedial Massage and a Diploma Aromatherapy.

In 2010 I started working as a full time Remedial Massage Therapist in a clinic, on Murray Street in Gawler.

Opening a massage clinic for Adelaide northern suburbs was a dream of mine for many years and in 2014 I took an opportunity to start my own clinic from home.

I have worked many years as a Manager  at Blockbuster and Movieland video stores in Munno Para, Para Vista and Ridgehaven to name a few.

I have 2 children and have lived in the northern suburbs  of Adelaide for the last 20+ years.

The last 15+ years I have lived in a lovely street of Elizabeth North.

Services

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage is a lovely, light, luxurious massage using Essential oils. Essential oils are extracted from herbs, woods, flowers and fruits to naturally enhance the benefits of massage. Before each session begins, you can choose a unique blend of oils to be used in your massage lotion. Aromatherapy embraces your sense of smell and the essential oils are absorbed into the skin. Depending on the oil blends used, it can help reduce inflammation and aid tissue recovery, ease nervousness, irritability and apprehension, calm the mind and promote restful sleep or enliven the body and mind by increasing circulation. The choice is yours.

Prices…  $45 for 30 minutes,

$75 for 60 minutes,

$105 for 90 minutes.

Pregnancy massage

Massage during pregnancy can help with the relief of many discomforts, like lower back pain, leg pain, stress, headaches and general fatigue, as your body adjusts to your pregnancy. With the special pregnancy table this allows you to lay on your stomach with no pressure on baby, so you can fully enjoy a back massage.
**Massage is not recommended in the first trimester so please wait a minimum of 12 weeks before booking in.

Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is a deeper massage that can help with a variety of problems from stress relief to muscle injury. When muscles become knotted and damaged Remedial massage can help with healing and relief. Remedial massage can be catered to your needs, so either working in only the injured areas or working the full body. It can also be a deep, strong massage or a lighter more shallow massage. It also helps with the stimulation of blood supply allowing toxins to be removed and help with healing.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a unique style of massage. Using the hot volcanic stones while massaging, brings warmth to the muscles for a truly wonderful relief. It helps with the release of toxins and muscle tightness, stimulates blood supply and helps with stress relief.

**Please make sure when booking in, that you request a Hot Stone Massage, as the stones need to be heated for

1 hour prior to your appointment time.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage massage is a very light massage moving in one direction-towards the heart. It helps move fluid away from troublesome areas eg. feet, ankles, hands, arms, and moves it back into the circulatory system. Lymphatic drainage is  useful particularly after surgery, accidents or for a toxic cleanse.

Relaxation Massage

This massage is a light relaxing massage. Lay back, relax and enjoy this massage.  This massage can help with stress release, tension release and ailments like headaches and fatigue.
