“We have been doing some major renovations to our home, and it has been a bit crazy at times. We were referred to Jeremy Macpherson Plumbing by a friend who could not say a nicer word about them. I rang them after her glowing review, slightly sceptical that they would be as goo as she said. I was wrong. We have had every type of tradesmen under the sun do work for us at one point or another. The home we bought was well over 100 years old. It is incredibly beautiful, but nothing seemed to work well especially the plumbing. I won’t lie, I was terrified about the possible cost of having the work done that was necessary to have everything up to the level it should be. We had some guys come and quickly run a camera down the pipes to work out what needed to be changed. Once that was done, we had Daniel visit us, and he walked us through everything that needed to be changed and how it was all going to be done. He was extremely thorough and answered every question we had in a way that even I understood. That was a rare thing with other tradesmen from my recent experience. So we received the quote, and it wasn’t the cheapest we had, but it was the most comprehensive. I felt much more assured by their quote as I know it covered everything we talked about. Anything that wasn’t included was very clearly identified within the quote, so there weren’t any hidden nasties that we weren’t aware of which gave us such peace of mind. Once we had made the decision to go ahead with the quote they were able to get the guys out to us with a day or two. There were a few different guys who were sent to us over the time that we needed them. They were Arne, Brandon, Darcy & Jack (I think) and they we so punctual, perfectional, knowledgeable and very understanding. They also put up with my ignorance and the last minute changes that we kept making. They just rolled with it, and we never felt like we were putting them out which was very much appreciated. We didn’t have that with any of the other tradesmen that worked for us. Anyway, I am just rambling now, but all in all, they were a pleasure have in my home and very good at what they do. If I ever get asked about plumbers, I will suggest them every time. I don’t think I have every given a 5-star rating for anything before, but I couldn’t fault them.”

“Dont go here. I needed a camera inspection of a blocked pipe, I had other tradesmen waiting to do work based on this inspection. They promised they would be there and never showed up, never phoned. When I rang, they said they were at a luncheon. I had to reschedule. The next week the management rang me to arrange another time .”
