Half an hour of relaxation, working over a specified area such as back neck and shoulders to sooth the effects of stress.

30 min Remedial Massage $40
Targeting the soft and deep tissues to aid and improve the functioning of specific joints and muscles.

60 min Swedish Massage $70
A full body massage to relax tired and sore muscles, relieve stress and tension, increase blood flow and improve general wellbeing.

60 min Remedial/Sports Massage $70
Working over the whole body to assess and treat tissue dysfunction, to alleviate pain and enhance movement and function. Including Trigger Point therapy and deep tissue massage. As well as promoting circulation, general body tone and relieving mental and physical fatigue.

Full body relaxation massage using aromatic essential oils to enhance well-being and to stimulate a healthy physical, mental and emotional state. Blending therapeutic essential oils especially for each individual.
