JKA Accounting Solutions is a CPA firm on Brisbane’s Northside, which was purchased in 1984 by John Kallinicos.  The firm was established in Nundah in the 1950’s and some clients have been with the firm ever since.  Over the years the firm has grown organically and many clients have benefited from John’s experience in business and investment.

Our goal is to provide real solutions to business owners, individuals and investors by providing professional advice in our areas of specialisation, backed by years of industry experience.    ​

OUR TEAM

John Kallinicos CPA – Principal​​

John has been in public for 35 years and a Principal for 32 years.  He sees his role as an accountant to translate figures into English so that clients understand.  As he says, “it’s one thing to prepare figures, it’s quite another to understand, interpret and advise on them”.  During his time as an accountant, John has also owned and since sold a multi million dollar transport company and now owns a successful long term car parking facility which he has run for the last 7 years.  This makes it easier to advise clients about business when you are in business, because you experience the same issues.

Another specialty of John’s is offerring the right Property Advice.  Unlike other senior partners in accounting firms, no client is too small, and he is happy to deal with all people at all levels.

Robyn Ince CPA​

Robyn is the Accountant Manager and has been working with JKA Accounting Solutions for over 10 years.  She is a qualified accountant and has completed her CPA.  Robyn has over 25 years experience in Public Practice and specialises in Self Managed Superannuation Funds and accounting and taxation compliance.  Her special interest in Self Managed Super has helped many clients take control of their own super.

Tracey Brinkley BCOM ​​

Tracey has been working for John for 20 years. During this time, Tracey has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in accounting. Tracey has over 20 years experience in the industry, focusing on accounting and taxation matters for small business entities, companies, trusts and individuals.

George Kallinicos BCOM ​​

George is a qualified accountant and is currently undertaking his CPA program.  He specialises in small businesses and individual Income Tax Returns.  George is JKA’s “go to” person when assisting clients with cloud based accounting applications.  He is qualified and trained in Xero and works with clients in transitioning to the cloud based packages.

Samantha Johns – Bookkeeper/Administration
​​Sam has been working for John for 25 years.  Sam is responsible for bookkeeping, BAS / IAS preparation, ASIC procedures, administration, reception relief and helping / training business clients with BankLink procedures.

Nafeeza Hak – Receptionist​​

When contacting JKA, Nafeeza is the first person to welcome you.  Nafeeza has been with our firm for 4 years and her role includes meeting and greeting our clients, as well as providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the entire JKA team.
