“My 7 year old house had some quite major problems…main one being a concrete balcony that allowed water to enter the room below. John Atkins was called in as part of a rebuilding project to repair my flashing and waterproofing…his job was to install two drains on this balcony..not an easy task, but for John , who thinks very seriously about his approach to the job, it was achievable. John later helped with other drainage problems that I thought i just had to live with, such as water collecting under the house during heavy rain. He also intelligently designed and installed a thing called a gross pollutant trap, a Council requirement due to the creek behind the house. He is also very good with solving tricky problems, and of course your everyday plumbing jobs…after 7 years of torture of listening to one toilet run constantly, and other plumbers unsuccessfully trying to fix it, i can now say, after three quiet months, the toilet problem is solved. John is also punctual and polite, so I can think of no better plumber….though, if he was rude and late, clients would not care as his work is simply top notch. #reviewtowin”
