The detective
No two injuries are the same. To accurately diagnose your injury, we need to be intuitive listeners and lateral thinkers, thoroughly exploring all possible sources of your symptoms with our detailed knowledge of anatomy, pathology and injury mechanisms.
The ripple effect
Our integrated approach recognises how one part of the body affects another. We aim to relieve the pain and restore the function to your injured area while addressing the ripple effect of your injury on other parts of your body. For example, limping on a sore foot for an extended period is likely to affect your hips and lower back.
Shared knowledge is the key
Sharing knowledge gives you confidence and hope! We know how important it is for you to fully understand the nature of your injury, the factors contributing to it, and the options for achieving a full recovery.
We are committed to your recovery
Your recovery requires a treatment plan that considers your specific goals and particular circumstances. We work with you to select the treatment option that will best suit you to achieve a full recovery. We make a point of following through on your progress, so don’t be surprised if you receive a quick phone call or email from your practitioner.
Inspired team approach
We are committed to continued learning and innovation to achieve full patient recovery from all types of injuries. We integrate the latest research into our treatment to bring you the best results. Our team approach enables us to provide you with immediate help and a fast recovery. We can also refer you to our network of leading allied health and medical specialists if required.
We treat the whole body
While we have special expertise in foot and ankle injury management, our physiotherapy team continue to treat conditions affecting all parts of the body. Many of our clients are office workers, sports enthusiasts, or carers who are suffering pain or limitation of movement from a wide range of physical demands.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST
The treatment of injuries is the pursuit of truth. The body is an incredibly complex system and I am inspired by working with my patients to find the core problem and help them conquer it forever.
Working as a Pilates Clinician with small groups in a studio for 4 years, I have appreciated the role of specific muscle retraining in overcoming recurrent or chronic injuries. Training for an ironman has pushed my body to the limit which has given me an insight into how important it is to have a system which works and I strive to help my patients achieve their goals no matter how difficult it may seem.

Ali Gibson
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Being able to assist people to put the puzzle of their bodies together in a way that brings insight and understanding drives me most.
Unravelling a tale of past injuries, lifestyle factors, and postural habits often reveals the source of an injury and is the key to creating long term change. Having both a Physiotherapy and Podiatry background has given me the opportunity look at a problem from different points of view. I have worked with high performance athletes and “Joe Blogs” types alike, and it is equally rewarding returning the smile to the face of someone that thought all was lost.
Achievements
Bachelor of Health Sciences (Physiotherapy) 2010
Bachelor of health Sciences (Podiatry) 2011
Clinical Interests
Lower limb dysfunction and how it links with the whole body
Chronic pain
Working closely with other health professionals to achieve the best clinical outcome
Passions
Nurturing my garden
Cooking and enjoying food, preferably with a good glass of red wine
