“This was the worst experience ever!!! I got a cut and colour and ended up with two tone and crooked hair. The top part of my hair was a completely different colour to the ends and it was really noticeable. On top of that, my hair was completely different lengths and the cut was nothing at all like what I asked for. I had to go to another hairdresser to get both the cut and colour fixed as it looked so bad. I was also told that my hair had been razored at the back which had wrecked the cuticles.”

“This was one of the worst hair cut experiences I have ever had. Firstly, ‘Ladies Style Cut’ was advertised as $30 on the shop window but they asked for $45 once the cut was finished even though the whole thing took under 30 minutes. They did not put any products on my hair after the cut was finished for better styling, they didn’t straighten out my fringe to give it a proper shape, they didn’t even brush the loose hairs off my neck or show the cut with a mirror. And on top of it all they had the nerve to ask for $45. When I pointed out that they have a huge sign advertising cuts for $30 and insisted on my case they reluctantly reduced it to $30. Will never go there again!”
