My career started in advertising as a freelance designer and I’ve loved it. Taking someone’s brief and helping them achieve it in the most creative way possible. But I decided I’d like to do something for myself as well, it was time I answered my own brief.

The Brief: To have total creative freedom… something that’s beautiful, functional and unique… something that incorporates my passion for fabrics…

The Solution: Handbags! One of a kind objects made from fabric… starting with handbags. I’ve always had an obsession with fabrics, their textures, the wonderful designs and the endless combinations of exquisite colours.

Starting the handbags has been really exciting. Thanks to the support of some really great people I’ve been lucky enough to have access to some of the most beautiful upholstery fabrics in the world! So not only do the handbags look and feel beautiful the quality is exceptional. I’ve also placed a thought intent in the base of each handbag; love, joy, abundance… so the handbags might support our wellbeing energetically.

In a world of globalization and mass production I love that I can have a one off handbag. A handbag that’s unique to me, as unique as I am…. and I was thinking there might be a few of you out there that might like that too.
