“Went into this place yesterday to make an appointment, there was one technician doing someone’s nails, she told me she would only be a minute, but I guess she could see my 2 little boys outside in the trolley with their Nan she called someone else out to help me quicker. I continued to stand there for a further few minutes then some woman came out on the phone, greeted me with a less then warm manner, when I told her I wanted to book both myself and another person in for a few things, she advised she couldn’t do them at the same time (fair enough a as it was for the next day), so instead I only booked in for our waxing (the whole time she is still on the phone- pushing buttons mind you not even talking, not exactly the kind of service I expect when making an appointment). When we had finished booking in, she was about to dismiss me, and when I asked for her to write it on a card, it was like I was asking her to donate a kidney! Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place and I will find somewhere else to have any sort of treatments done. A real shame as this business is in my local shopping centre.”
