Just Threading is a beauty salon that set its first imprint with a salon in Perth, West Australia. The first salon came up in Mirrabooka Square Shopping Centre in the year 2013. A family owned enterprise; we gradually, spread our wings and subsequently opened two new salons in Melbourne in 2014 and two salons in Geelong in the year 2015. Our salons in Victoria can be found in the Parkmore Shopping Centre and also the High Point Shopping Centre.

In a short span of time, we have been able to gauge the market, understand requisites and our USP has just been for and revolved around customers’, and it is their patronage and encouragement that has been our biggest motivating factor and we have been able to not only scale up but found strong favour with our loyal clientele.

Our target audience is of course women of all ages, younger, older, working professionals, pensioners, families etc.

What really helped us establish ourselves have been purely, our USP, Eyebrows, and related services and we have on board a dedicated team. We offer high quality service, at lower prices, set in a high-end ambience and environment.

“NEVER AGIAN !!! i had my brows done at Airport West on Friday night, I walked in just wanting a very slight tidy up and trim and specifically explained that I didn’t want the shape changed at all.. I walked out with my eyebrow shape completely ruined and over threaded. I cannot believe this lady not only ruined the shape I had but left me with no shape at all..just two thin semi circles of eyebrows,,im SO UPSET ,,I wish id read these reviews before I ever walked in their door.”

“I have been a customer at Just Threading Highpoint multiple times now and each time I’ve visited the store I haven’t had a pleasant experience.

The first time I went to Just Threading Highpoint I had an eyelash extension refill. The lashes were wonderful but later that day I had severe irritation and woke up the next morning unable to open my eyes and had to go to hospital for the doctor to tell me that my eye was exposed to severe bacteria and I had to take antibiotics for 2 weeks. When I came back and explained to another staff she said “sometimes we get really busy and we forget to wash our hands and use the alcohol scrub” I am a nurse and I was disgusted that someone could even admit to not washing their hands when there is waxing, threading and eyelash extensions involved. Anyhow she was happy to do another refill for me. I’m not even going to bother mentioning how much later I was served after making an appointment but once she begun, the whole entire time the two co workers did not stop standing over me speaking in their own language which I found so rude, once the lashes were done I wasn’t fully happy with them but I had no time, didn’t want to be charged more and couldn’t stand them two speaking over me in another language. After 9 days 95% of my lashes fell off. I am a person who has had eyelash extensions for years now and know how to maintain them, so the person that done my lashes clearly didn’t apply them properly. When I came in today I explained and proved in the bookings that I was only there last week and needed s refill they stil charged me the full refill price, still continued with their chatting in their own language and they weren’t entirely nice. After being cause such an infection, spent $120 in one week because of faulty application and was not happy with the multiple times I’ve come in I’m planning on taking this further. The fact that the staff admitted to their hygiene errors is a massive OH&S issue and should be dealt with
I have never complained about any company my whole life so i think this should be able to explain how serious the situation is.”

“I had the glow facial today and thought $65 was a reasonable price …..I seriously wish I had never skimped and had gone to the more legit looking place. It wasn’t enjoyable, the lady who did it had BO and didn’t tell me what she was doing or what products she was using. I seriously doubt she had ever even given a facial before and was just making it up as she went along. So relieved to just get out the door.

“Worst threading experience ever was at the Airport West. 5th of August, 2015 – I went to thread my eyebrows with Manu and she cut my skin on my eyelid (of which the cut took 3 days to heal). She claimed it to be nothing but knew she was in the wrong because she didn’t charge me for the service – was really arrogant about it. I emailed and complaint to the business and no response. Over the ten years with threading on a regular basis I’ve never had someone cut me, answers her call during the service, doesn’t tell you to pull your skin to avoid the cut occuring etc and top it off her attitude towards it was appalling. “
