“Terrible hair salon, I too got insulted and told how bad my hair was an was made to feel very embarrassed, don’t waste your time having your hair done here, c grade hairdressers an zero people skills. I would never recommend this place to anyone.”

“Didn’t bother to get my hair cut here. Sat down and basically got insulted for 4 minutes about how bald I was going and how ugly it would look if I styled my usual way. My hairline hasn’t changed for 20 years. The first time I’ve ever been made to feel terrible at a salon, particularly one that charges a premium over other salons in Southland. I have paid over $200 for a haircut before. Money is not the issue. But I had to walk out of this place. Rude insulting staff. I will not recommend this treatment to anyone. ”

“I was in the salon from 5.30 until 9.30 whilst they redyed my hair four times to get my hair roots and ends the same colour. The manager Gareth shampooed so roughly I yelled ouch and then left blobs in my hair so big another staff member thought I hadn’t been rinsed at all. Another male customer was there for an hour and a half waiting for someone to finish his had inch hair cut and dye. Gareth then took it upon himself to help by starting to brush my hair with a wide tooth comb. He stabbed my head with it, tossed the comb on the table and said ‘you brush it’. If my hair wasn’t a rainbow I would have left then. At the end of my four hours, my scalp is red raw from all the dye and of course I was still charged.”

“I usually dont like giving bad reviews cos i cant be stuffed writing reviews.But for my haircut this lady didnt listen to me at all when i came in and tried to describe her how i like my hair and then ended up completely ruining it because of which i had to wait 5 months for my hair to grow back again and ended up looking like an idiot with uneven hair on each side of my head for 5 months. I ended up paying 46 bucks for this shitty haircut. So please go at your own risk. There is this bigger lady at the salon(dont know her name} that did my haircut so even if u get a haircut ,make sure its not her doing it.
