“Disappointing by the keratin treatment that was peformed on my hair, my hair is now orange and very frizzy, i was told by the stylist that is normal, OMG! just cuts would be more professional I reckon. Rude, obnoxious, self-assured staff. . I wish I had it in me to tell people off. Seriously go anywhere but here. Horrible hairdresser, horrible attitude. AVOID – DO NOT go here!! It’s gonna take over a year to make sense of this mess she’s made. I did ask for a refund and was told that they do not offer refunds, thats some great business skills there. I asked them to fix it, but they replied ‘thats life hun’ The issue is not the money, its the fact my hair feels like sandpaper and they will not try help me. Avoid.”
