Welcome to Kia Kaha Centre. Cockatoo’s yoga, massage and healing hub. Kia Kaha means forever strong in Maori. It is our philosophy that we keep your body, mind and spirit forever strong through yoga and the other healing modalities we provide at Kia Kaha Centre. Nerine Porter the studio owner strives to offer an all-inclusive environment to all the walk through Kia’s doors. The yoga is specifically directed with lots of options to make it accessible for all body types. We practice yoga at Kia Kaha to keep our bodies forever strong, always mobile and hopefully have longevity within our bodies. To complement our yoga at Kia Kaha we have a wonderful array of therapists that provide meditation, a broad range of massage options, reiki, sound healing, African Djembe drumming, art therapy and so much more.
