As a Personal Travel Manager I provide expert travel advice, an efficient customer service, an outgoing approachable nature and I am available 24 hours a day for emergencies. I am adventurous yet grounded, I am excited about life and I have the ability to listen to what my clients want. Unlike other travel retailers I am not driven by sales, I am driven by my client’s experiences. I love nothing more than utilising my extensive travel experience and knowledge of the travel industry by providing unique exciting travel itineraries. My intention is to provide my clients with unique travel experiences along with a few surprises and long lasting memories. I consider my clients as lifelong friends who have bought joy and adventure not only into their own lives but into mine too.

With over ten years experience as a travel agent and having been a flight attendant, backpacker, hitch hiker, train enthusiast, trekker, flight nerd, bus passenger, holiday maker, yacht crew member, overseas working holiday maker, snowboarder, white water rafter, adventurer and hotel inspector…. I now know I was born to travel. I have operated on most of the European flight paths and I have travelled to over 30 different countries so I have pretty much covered all continents. I was born in the UK into a travelling family, my parents having lived in Australia in the 1960’s and my father being a European rail enthusiast working for British Rail. Some of my earliest childhood memories are of waking up in couchettes crossing the Alps and the borders between Switzerland and Italy. I still get excited when I look at rail maps and timetables. I see travel as an integral part of life and should be considered as education for all. It teaches communication skills, cultures, languages, geography, history, food, nutrition, music and most importantly the ability to be open minded. My travel experiences have shaped me into the person I am today.

I decided five years ago to join TravelManagers and I have a new found level of contentment within my industry. TravelManagers Australia offers me the flexibility to be able to service a variety of different areas of speciality as well as working as a run of the mill travel agent. As a mobile travel agent representing the Melbourne CBD, Fitzroy and Clifton Hill areas, I work with integrity and I am transparent when it comes to fees and prices. I believe I am a unique travel agent because I will point out that the cheapest price is not necessarily the best experience for you. However by providing the right advice, knowing the best dates to travel, having extensive knowledge of the aviation industry and having built excellent relationships with my suppliers I find that this is usually the best combination to provide you with a really great deal.
