“Absolutely horrendous experience, got given a manicure and shellac gel nails priced at $30 total, was rushed and done within 15 minutes. They started to peel off 3 days later, I returned to get a repair at no charge which was good but the customer service is extremely poor, they do not interact with you at all just direct you where to sit. 2 days later again the other nails began to peel off so fast forward to this morning I marched in for a refund and was rudely refused one, NEVER AGAIN and I will warn all of my friends and family to never go to this place, they are rude and unprofessional to say the least.”
