“I did not have a fantastic experience at Kippo. There were communication problems, the management completely ignored me and did not smile, which I found rude. I booked a haircut for myself and another. They asked me to pay for both haircuts in the middle of my haircut. To add to this bad experience I showed them a photo of myself they completely got it wrong. There is always an issue if the stylist keeps cutting and cutting and cutting and cutting. By the end of it my hair ended up much shorter then I asked for and I have issues styling it. I am going back to Lucaspace and never switching!!!!”
