Bowen Therapy is a non-invasive technique that uses precise movements over muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves and fascia, to promote relief from musculoskeletal and stress related conditions.

The aim of these Bowen movements is to stimulate the client’s ability to heal their body, via nervous, endocrine and fascial systems, and to activate the body’s (self) healing mechanism.

Bowen rebalance will help you recovery from illness, injury, stress and strains. Bowen treatments are for the benefit of body and mind.
