Congratulation’s, The Refurb looks AMAZING..The Chandalier is just MAGIC when lying at the basin, being pampered with a dreamy head massage drifting in and out of sleep!! “I will never go back to this Salon again. My hair has been totally ruined due to the negligence of the Stylist. My hair was chemically burnt from over bleaching. It cost me over $400.00 to have my hair damaged beyond repair. I knew something was very wrong when the apprentice was combing my wet hair to see clumps just breaking off and falling away. I asked if this was normal and she just wouldn’t answer. She then started combing my hair down at the back of my head so I couldn’t see how much was breaking off. For the next week I collected a box of hair breakage. I was left with an awful colour kind of ginger they forgot to put the toner in and a new layer just above my ears due to the breakage. My hair felt like spider web. I just wanted to cry. I did go back and let the owner Michelle see how bad my hair was damaged. She did offer me a weekly treatment which I of course declined as I will never go back….. I hope this does not happen to anybody else. It will take years to repair the damage they have done.”
