“Honestly, I went to Krome Cuts for a big change. I decided to go short. Felicity did my hair. Yes she cut it short but I look like a grandmother, not funky at all which is what I wanted. I will never go back again!”

“I went to this salon when I was visiting in Melbourne. I was unhappy with my hair colour and the hairdresser did an excellent job colour matching my foils with my regrowth, then gave me the Wella colour numbers and peroxide strength for me to give to my regular hairdresser in sydney. The style cut wasn’t as good buyt the colour and service was excellent. It’s been a few years now and I am still using that Wella brand with a slight variation to the shade and peroxide. I would highly recommend them.”

“I have been coming to Krome cutz for the last 15 years, staff and owners have always been great and they have contiously provided exceptional service and great pricing in this time to myself and the countless number of friends I have sent there. Hopefully I’ll be getting my hair cut from this salon for the next 15 years. Keep up the good work guys. “Went there last year (2013) and was 10mins late for my first time appointment which I apologised for as soon as I came in and to my surprise, got welcomed by glares and eye rolling from the staff who appeared to be the owner. Not only that, they booked in a ‘walk in’ customer to replace me on the assumption that I wasn’t going to turn up. What happened to courtesy calls? You jot my number down for a reason. Had to wait another 15mins before another staff started on my hair. The end result was not what I asked for but decided to leave as it was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. Only time I got spoken to was when I had to move; staff would chat amongst themselves and I had no choice but listen to their endless gossip. Highly NOT recommend this place at all. Seems like they only service well to those they know; if you’re not a loyal client – don’t bother!”
