“went in for a cut earlier this year. i usually dont leave bad reviews all the time but after much consideration, i feel it be necessary. I was in a rush, looking for a salon to cut off some length before work. It was about 4:30 on a sunday, and i wanted a simple one length lob which usually takes around 30mins at budget salons. After semi hesitantly taking me in, the lady proceeded to chop off my hair, seemingly with some form of technique however she was extremely rushed for time, which i understand as i had come in as they were about to close. Things took a turn for the worse as i could sense her botching the job, its undescribable but im sure we’ve
all had moments where we sit in the chair and know somethings wrong. after she was done, she took me to the counter and quickly mumbled a “12 dollars”. i asked, “sorry?” and she asserted “15 dollars” or otherwise a much higher amount than 12 i cant recall. I felt like she had done this to spite me, for coming in nearing their close, but if she really didnt want to cut my hair she should of just apologised and sent me on my way. Something tells me they care a little more about money than the satisfaction of their customers. I was mortified to see my hairdresser the next day with a cut that was so uneven my 7 year old niece could of done better. Again i am hesitant to leave this review seeing it is a small family run business with no other reviews on google. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and assume i was just the one customer that recieved such service.”
