Sports Massage Therapist and Diploma of Remedial Massage
Peter has been using his massage therapy to assist clients to heal, to enliven, and to maintain peak health and performance.

Focussing a variety of eastern and western massage techniques on clients’ physical stresses, pains and soft tissue injuries he aims to stimulate the body’s natural healing ability.

Peter works closely with clients to develop personalised treatment plans to suit both their immediate and longer term goals. Through this process he helps and encourages clients to become more familiar with their body’s needs and to learn natural tools for optimizing its health.

Brett is a graduate of Sydney University masters degree program in Herbal Medicine run through it’s acclaimed faculty of pharmacy. He also earned a degree in Health Science from the University of New England making him one of the most qualified Naturopaths in Australia. Brett ran a successful naturopathic clinic in Bondi Junction for 6 years before selling it and founding HealthShed.com and writing and researching a book on Type 2 Diabetes.

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – comprised of Practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

Lymphatic Drainage is a specialised massage technique designed to activate and cleanse the human fluid system. Lymph in its flow actually takes away the toxins, the germs, and the large molecules that the venous system can’t regain. Evolved in Japan, Shiatsu has its origins in Chinese medicine, which is based on the principles of energy flows through meridians in the body.
