TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE

Steeped in Buddhist Philosophy, this is an oil-free massage combining the use of acupressure points and gentle stretching to open the meridians, loosen joints and muscles, and induce a deep relaxation. You will be provided with loose fitting clothes to ensure your comfort. A 30 Minute treatment will target your back and legs, 1 hour your whole body, whilst 90 minutes will focus on specific problem areas.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE

This treatment involves manipulating the soft tissues, muscles and tendons of the body to achieve specific therapeutic effects. Your therapist will ask you to fill out a Client History Form, and will create an individualised treatment plan. Similar in style to an Oil Massage, it will target problem areas identified by you and your therapist, with the aim to achieve lasting relief and improved wellbeing. Please Note: Remedial Massage is available by Appointment Only. Ask our staff which Health Funds we are able to offer Rebates for.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

Aromatherapy combines the relaxing experience of an Oil Massage, with the added benefit of Essential Oils, which help to revitalise the body and mind, improving mood, concentration and overall physical and emotional wellbeing. We offer a number of different Essential Oils – Vanilla, Orange, Lavender, Lemon and Lemongrass. Ask your therapist for a menu.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Similar in style to an Oil Massage, Deep Tissue Massage targets the deep muscle fibres and groups, using very firm and strong strokes. Your therapist will use their elbows, forearms, knees and palms to achieve an effective result and leave you feeling very relaxed, and loosen joints and muscles.

OIL MASSAGE

Very popular and relaxing, using a high quality water-dispersible oil, your therapist combines long strokes along the major muscle groups to target problem areas and induce a whole body relaxation and promote wellbeing. 30 Minutes will focus on the back and legs, whilst longer treatment will provide a full body massage, leaving you completely relaxed and at peace. The oil helps to nourish the skin, leaving it radiant and healthy, whilst still being easy to wash off.

LADDA HOT SALT BODY SCRUB

Using a high quality Salt based Body Scrub, applied to the skin, your therapist will use gentle circular motions to exfoliate the dead skin cells, leaving your skin beautifully soft and glowing. The essential oils contained in the scrub will help you achieve a feeling of contentment and relaxation during your treatment. Once finished you can rinse the scrub clean of your skin in our fully equipped shower. We offer different high quality scrubs of your choice, ask your therapist for a menu.

FOOT MASSAGEE

This is a perfect treatment after spending the day walking along Paddington’s shopping strip, or wandering the markets on a Saturday. Enjoy a cup of Honey & Ginger tea whilst you relax, soaking your feet in a warm scented foot spa. Then after slowly warming the muscles of the foot and lower legs, your therapist will target specific pressure points on the sole of the foot, corresponding to vital organs and glands in the body, helping to restore energy and flush out toxins, improving blood flow and lymphatic drainage.
