Langford & Matthews has a long business history in Mornington and 4 years ago gained new management from local businessman Chris MacLean.

Chris is well known in the irrigation industry and has over 20 years experience in sales and installation of pumps, irrigation and tanks.

“Buffing machine shorting so I took it to Langford and Matthews. I was quoted $585.00 to replace the motor. I paid $44.00 for the diagnosis and took it somewhere else for a second opinion. It turns out the motor was fine and that a small plastic housing had melted and was causing the shorting. So I had it fixed. I paid extra because Langfords did not put it back together and it took extra time to assemble. When I asked Langfords for a refund of the $44.00 for the false diagnosis and their mistake, they refused. I believe I should have received an apology and a refund for their mistake or attempted rip off but I received neither. They made their problem my problem. So we “agreed to disagree” while they retained money.”
