Lara Day Spa invites you to experience the fabulous selection of treatments we have on offer including corrective facial treatments, couples or double massage treatment room, stone massage and spa treatments.

Our hydrotherapy room includes a Far Infrared Sauna and a Swiss Shower. The sauna relieves pain, improves the skin and detoxifies the body. The invigorating Swiss Shower has an overhead deluge while 12 jets spray the body from three sides.

At Lara Day Spa we have a strong focus on making your experience with us exceptional and memorable. We want to pamper and spoil you in keeping with the harmony of your body, mind and spirit.

We offer Tea Tonic teas that are specifically formulated by Melbourne naturopath and herbalist Lisa Hilbert.

Business owner Bridie Eaton’s Story
My name is Bridget but I prefer Bridie. I have lived in Lara since 2002. I started my therapy studies in 1999 at the Gordon Tafe. I have a TAE 10 trainers certificate. I taught Beauty therapy for 11 years and hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy. I started Hart to Heart, wax, tan, body and skin studio in 2001 and I sold it in 2007.

We renovated 37 Patullos Road Lara and transformed a home into a fashionably modern day spa in 2013.

Spa and beauty therapy is a wonderful occupation. The clients who visit us are so happy to be here. They come to unwind, relax, forget, chat and laugh. I’m grateful for the experiences I share with my clients and fellow staff.

I feel a great joy when the people I look after, look at them selves in the mirror and love their brows or after a massage feel rejuvenated. People smile when they arrive and smile when they leave it is truly a wonderful job.
