“I am so beyond frustrated with the way LCA HIGHPOINT conducted themselves today. I had an appointment for a Max RF treatment which retails for over $250 per treatment. I had already pre-bought 4 sessions. I arrived at the clinic on time, and still had to wait 15 minutes to eventually walk in the room and discover that the beautician told me that she would be unable to deliver my treatment because there was no numbing cream… Why would they not let me know in advance that there was no numbing cream? It is unfair that as consumers we need to call LCA 48 hours in advance to cancel appointments otherwise we will be billed for all full price treatments and no refunds. It is absurd that the clinic made me take a day off work, come into store, bring me into the room to tell me she could not do the treatment!
I spoke with the manager Rachel who was completely unprofessional and offered little to no customer service. She was not understanding and offered no compensation other than a complimentary micro which is not what I paid for. Then she continued to tell me that it’s not her fault there was no numbing cream in store. I am
sure that it is LCAs responsibility to ensure that all products are fully stocked and are able to complete treatments for customers on the day that they have appointments. This is the bare minimum that LCA should be able to deliver. Rachel was no help, she stormed off into the back room and did not even help me rebook in my appointment. I could not even get another appointment for three weeks. I am beyond disgusted with the way I have been treated by LCA and Rachel. Then, to only make matters worse and hard for me as a client, another beautician Tiarne at the desk who was. Of involved in the conversation decided to give me an example of why it is not their fault that there was no numbing cream. She said “it’s like when you order clothes online, sometimes you won’t receive it”. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever been told. It is YOUR JOB to ensure all products are stocked. Ordering clothes to my house is irrelevant. I would like to be contacted within 24 hours or else I will be taking these matters ombudsmen. And you should also tell your staff not to chew gum behind the desk because it looks unprofessional and unhygienic.”

“Alisha the nurse who does my lips regularly has been nothing but so informative and nice and calming every time I go in. Whenever I have a question she’s so helpful and knowledgable. Also this clinic is the cheapest I’ve ever found for lips and do great! ❤️❤️”

“Worst ever….the Injectables nurse I saw here was the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered in the beauty industry (I work in the industry myself and have for over 10 years now) Lesson learned, in future I will only goto actual spa/salons again for treatments and not to any stupid shopping centre “laser clinic” chains ever again. cause’ sure, the prices might be slightly cheaper than salons, but the customer service is also cheap and the technicians are mostly HACKS. you really get what you pay for here. which is absolute (jack) shit. hah.”

“I prepaid sessions and on two occasions there were valid reasons for not making it in. I did call and let them know and to be told today that my prepaid is no longer available due to cancellation on two occasions. Manager not helpful at all.”
