Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage Therapy is a technique used to address injuries, muscular pains and aches, muscular and skeletal dysfunctions.
When the muscles or tendons become damaged, knotted or tense, Remedial Massage uses specialised techniques such as Muscle Energy Techniques, Myofascial Release, Positional Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Mobilisations to locate and repair damage to Muscles, Tendons and Joints, these can be gentle, strong, shallow or deep.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layer of muscle tissue and fascia, with compression and friction along the muscle grain.
This technique is used to unstick the fibres of muscle, release toxins and deep tension points. Also used to release chronic tension with slower and direct deep pressure to the grain of the muscle.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a form of massage used pre or post sporting events. Sports Massage is to prepare peak performance, relieve swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility, prevent injuries, improve heart rate and blood pressure.
Sports Massage also treats injuries such as tennis elbow, shin splints ,sprains and strains, it can be strenuous as it is meant to relieve and reduce stress and tension.

Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specific gentle massage technique, helping our body to refresh and rejuvenate its fluid, it encourages the natural circulation of lymph fluid through the body.
All Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments are an Hour and Half long, and is done without the use of oil instead arrowroot is used for easy flow over the body.
