“also disappointed went for a pedi and mani with my daughter for her 16th birthday picked colours and went with it . Cuticles were cut which I always thought was a no no .Go to pay expecting it to be $100 or $110 but I’m told it’s $180!!!apparently we got shellack which she told me earlier was $20extra but I didn’t ask for it.Recheck the price to find the $20 extra is for hands and another $20 for feet.10 days later and it is peeling off,try to remove it but remover isn’t working.Ring shop they say dip fingers in acetone.Check cnd website they say best product removal should not include soaking in bowls of acetone or filing of the
natural nail.Go to shop to have it professional removed and they put my fingers in acetone and then scrape it off.Not Happy.”

“I will never return to this salon again! – changing prices once they’ve started – not doing what I want -extremely rough -cut me -charging extra for soaking off when really they were ripped off with another nail! -rude lady’s talking in different language about me and the prices It’s not the experience you want and in result leaving with disgusting over priced chipped nails !!!”

“This is the second and last time I come to this place. Each time I came it seemed busy, so I asked if they had availability for a pedicure and if they would prefer that I came later, and each time I was asked to sit and wait… 30 mins… I kept saying that I’ll come later as they are too busy but kept getting assured that it would only be a coupe of minutes. So both times I wasted my precious ‘kid free’ time waiting around when I had a million other things to do. One other lady left frustrated and she had been waiting ages too. The last time, the pedicure wasn’t very good at all and even painful at times. I’ve had many pedicures in the past but this was the least relaxing one. I wouldn’t recommend going unless you are happy to wait around.”
