About Leanne

Leanne has been involved in the fitness industry since 1996 when she gave up smoking and put on a heap of weight growing 2 dress sizes.

She then decided it was time to get back on track to a better, healthier life style.

She did just that by committing herself to her training and diet. She then tried her hand at the Body Building scene for a short period competing in 3 Competitions.

Leanne is very passionate about helping people change the way they see exercise and eating.

Her clients have nick named her “MOTHER COMMANDO” because she will push you to your limits and won’t let you give in.

Leanne has also been a Remedial Massage Therapist for the past 16 years and loves to help people positively change bad postural habits.

She currently works with Allied Health Professionals to ensure her clients safety and well being.
