Let’s Face it Beauty Studio is a small business that was established by Sofia Sera in 1999. Sofia began her beauty career immediately after studying beauty therapy at a very young age. After hiring out a room in a hairdressing salon for her clients, she ran her business from home. Sofia soon discovered that her clientele and passion for beauty therapy was growing and decided to open her own salon and it has been there ever since.

“After needing to cancel an appointment for a legit reason and asking if I could reschedule for another day I was told that I had to pay another booking fee so the total booking fee would of been $60 …. Never heard of being asked to pay Another booking fee for something that’s out of my control. Things happen and people do get sick unexpectedly. I found the manager to be not understanding at all, rude and non negotiating all her concern was that I had to pay another $30 if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. 24 hour cancellation policy is understandable when things are in your control but to charge again for an appointment… never heard of such theft … Will not be going Back and will not be recommending this place to my friends or family.”
