Our Story
Hi, my name is Alex, the Founder and Managing mummy of Lexi Goods Boutique.My passion has been Travel for as long as I remember myself. After I had a baby-my beautiful boy, I fell in love forever…Does Travel get easier after you have kids? Well let’s say it- it gets tricky!
That’s when Lexi Goods Boutique became an obsession. Why online? The idea is simple as the world itself- you skip the crowds by shopping in the comfort of your couch, don’t pay high market prices, find gorgeous products in one place and just have FUN!
I am a busy parent and I help other busy mums and dads on the go to have the best travel gear for their precious little treasures at affordable prices. Products that will make your family’s outings, adventures, trips and travels easy-breezy.
At this very moment I work on my first project of how to make parents’ lives easier by bringing the best and most convertible Baby Nappy Travel Bag into the current market- it has taken some time and extended research. Visualization of designing this product to be the best choice among all other Nappy Bags makes it so worthwhile. I wish I had a bag like this when my son was little! Oh, how much easier our travels could have been! You will know the benefits once you have tried it!

Although it’s been an awesome journey with good feedbacks, I looked closer at Travel Baby Market and realized that there is a huge gap in in this niche that certainly demanded my immediate attention! I am a travel-loving mama myself, have done it with my son since he was three months old. And viola- we are going through exciting changes right now to bring awesome and affordable Travel gear for Families with Bubs and Small Children to help make those trips and vacations easy-breezy.

Ordering is very simple:
* Leave a comment Sold with a desirable size and colour(whichever is applicable) under a photo
* Once I received your Comment, I will send you a message to answer all your questions
* Payments are easy. Accept PayPal, Direct Debit, Money Cheque or Cash at Local Pick up
* Items will be shipped after Payment is cleared(usually takes 2-3 business days)
* Postage is with Australia Post. No Insurance included. Please specify if you would like an item insured or Express Posted, it will attract a small fee
Other Useful Information:
* Please Always read washing instruction and handle a garment as it’s specified on Manufacture’s label
* Faulty item can be returned within 30 days of the purchase( will need a full description of the fault and photos attached)
* If you changed your mind on the purchase, you will get a full refund excluding a postage fee. If the Payment been made via PayPal payment a small surcharge will be applied, so please choose your items carefully!
* If you are not sure about a size, please contact me, I will hand measure for you
* All items will be wrapped and packaged extra carefully. Please make sure you carefully unwrap them, so item/s don’t get damaged
* We all know that our Post system can be rough at times, Lexi Goods Boutique does not take any responsibility for that. If a damage is only on the outside packaging, you will not get a discount or refund, as long as the items are safe inside
Delivery and Shipping
All products are listed in Australian Dollars. GST included.
Shipping Rate for Standard Post will be calculated at the checkout and applies to all regions of Australia.
Free Shipping for Standard Post is available to orders over $150.00.
Free Local Pick Up Gold Coast available by appointment. Please contact us directly.
At Lexi Goods Boutique we take pride in our services! We offer quick shipping and delivery because we understand how important it is for you to receive your purchase!
For the deliveries we use various couriers and Australia Post. All orders processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Sometimes your order processing might be delayed by public holidays, weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances. In any of these cases, you will be notified by email immediately.
Delivery charges and times will be calculated on the size/weight/dimensions and your located area. Normally, it takes 1-6 Business Days nationwide. For remote areas it will take longer than standard delivery times, please be patient.
*Express Shipping is not always available to remote areas and where it is,the delivery times will be affected greatly.
If your parcel has not arrived within estimated time delivery, please contact me immediately.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery information(including for the gift items). If such case occurs,we will charge you the extra shipping fee if the item needs to be resent.
*Note that we do not deliver to PO addresses as our courier companies want to make sure that you received your parcel personally.

Because we love our customers, we offer overseas shipping on all our orders. No Free shipping applies at any time unless specified so.

How to:
If you would like your items to be shipped outside of Australia, please send us an email with your order, we will then contact you with the shipping costs and payment instructions. The cost can be also calculated here: Australia Post Overseas Delivery Guide
Returns
The most important goal for us is YOUR SATISFACTION.
To be able to serve you better, we created this Easy-to-Follow Policy.
The policy is for 30 days return(compare to majority of Policies out there, that’s pretty good!) So please keep ALL YOUR RECEIPTS.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused,in the original condition and packaging with tags and labels attached.
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. In case if you lost the Receipt, please send a copy of your bank transaction.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return your product, please send us an email to: alex@lexigoodsboutique.com.au. We will send the instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable:if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location,the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Whenever you are shipping back an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise,we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will not refund damaged merchandise or products with labels removed. Lexi Goods Boutique will not be responsible for lost returns.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card that was used to make the purchase or original method of payment. Although we will do everything possible in a speedy manner,this procedure might take up to a few weeks. Please be patient.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance items are excluded from refunds.
Exchanges
We mostly replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Did you get the wrong size? Do not worry! Please let us know immediately, we need to make sure your size is in stock and put it aside for you. Simply send us an email at alex@lexigoodsboutique.com.au
Please note that it’s a buyer’s obligation to cover all postage costs including when returning a purchase.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver*(where applicable).
For International Returns:
For returns outside Australia, please send us an email first. We unfortunately can not take responsibility for local duties/customs that you might have paid. If you elect to make a return,the shipping cost and customs fees will not be refunded and the return postage fee is the full responsibility of the customer.
