With more than 20 years in chartered accounting and commerce, Pauline has the perspective of not only being an advisor to business but also in – depth experience of the challenges of managing a business day to day.

Pauline has 8 years experience with a “Big 4” international Chartered Accountant, specialising in taxation consulting for a diverse client portfolio.
Her experience in commerce was primarily with a dynamic multinational industrial group which specialises in the manufacture and supply of explosives and accessories to mining, quarries and civil works. During her tenure as CFO, the company experienced significant growth. Pauline was responsible for the successful financial management of the Australian company and assisted in national supply tenders, the establishment of a joint venture in India and a company in PNG.

SMSF Services

Our aim at Lighthouse is to relieve SMSF Trustees from the administration burden of operating their own superannuation fund and to provide them with accurate, timely reports on their fund investments. We provide administration services on an ongoing basis or on an adhoc basis to assist SMSF “DIYer’s” during periods of extended travel, illness or when life is simply too busy. We work in conjunction with existing advisors including Banks, Financial Planners and Accountants to tailor our services to the Trustee’s requirements.

Administration & Investment Reporting Services

• Monthly or Quarterly reporting on all SMSF investments
• Providing PO Box clearing house for all superannuation fund correspondence
• Preparation of fund creditor payments for authorisation by Trustees
• Invoicing of fund debtors, eg tenants in properties owned by the Fund
• Administration and arrangement of investments as instructed by Trustees
• Co-ordination of the fund’s direct property valuations if necessary
• Preparation of pension schedules if applicable
• Preparation of trustee minutes as required
