Hi, I’m Cherie and I am a women’s wellness practitioner at Lighthouse Life on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. I utilise a mix of mind-body integration, massage and energy work, meditation and vibrational medicine to release, nurture and empower wellbeing holistically. With over 20 years experience in positive wellbeing coaching, these modalities and more can be incorporated into a personalised package for your optimum health and wellbeing.

Armed with a degree in commerce I was all set to head into the corporate world in what my tutors would call a ‘good job’ (and for a while, that’s exactly what I did).

But after a few years in marketing and sales I saw the light, and followed my heart to pursue a career involving making other people feel really good instead.
