“Purchased the most expensive gift card for my mother’s 60th and was told the card expires in 12 months!! Mum tried to use it and was told it had expired after 3 months. Tried to call them as I just found out this happened and their phone number is disconnected. I am furious!! What an absolute rip off!

It has monetary value, a service has been paid for, and you are refusing to provide the service!
