“As a male retiree on a private pension (below OAP rate) I asked what a trim would cost. $25 without a pension card or $20 with, I was told. Happy to pay the $25 I sat in the chair and was asked how much I wanted off. I said about three quarters of an inch. “That’s more than a trim”, I was told, “That’s styling and will cost $30.” I settled for a $25 (mini) trim, and will never go back. I suggest they clearly display their fees and conditions. The trim might make interesting reading!”
