“Hi all readers,

I want to share my awful experience with this travel agent.

I made a booking for 8 tickets to travel to Seoul in September 2014.
They quoted me with Korean Airlines for $1290.00 per person.
But one week after I made all the payment, they sent an email to me saying that the price of ticket is now $1420.00 and they asked me for more payment.

Then I demanded that they honour the agreement we have made but they refused as they said that a mistake has been made by them.
They were only able to do a refund.

This incident has caused me great disappointment and rage due to time wasted and this meant I had lost a chance to book with another travel agent for similar discounted price.

From the beginning I had a strange feeling about this agent because I noticed that each time they corresponded by email to me without any name.
So, now I cannot find a person who is responsible for their mistake.

I wouldn’t recommend travelling through this agent.”
