“I am BEGGING everybody DO NOT go here. I bought 2 vouchers from groupon with each voucher for 2 for my aunt and mums birthday. AS soon as we could arrange a time all of us to go we called and the lady was so rude and I could hardly understand her. I think due to the fact we bought them with vouchers we were lower class. The place was dirty and disgusting. The massages were a rush job and don’t even get me talking about the massage mixed with the oil. I ended up with rashes all over my body because she wasn’t experienced. We all would agree we had never been treated with such disrespect. We had to remind them of drinks (and choc). $238 down the drain. I don’t know who to blame more them or groupon who actually sell there vouchers!!! I think giving them half a star is too too kind but I had to score.”

“DONT GO this was a horribe experience. I had purchased a Groupon voucher for my Mum as a present for Mothers Day. Mum had never had a massage before so I thought it would be a nice idea to share this experience with her. Well, where do I start, firstly we were running a little late by about 5 minutes and when we got there everything was shut. I went to call and then a lady came down and asked if we had an appointment. Yes we had an appointment. We sat in a little room which was dark and dingy. Thought we were going to be led astrayed. The lady rushed to a room and put on a tap which I thought would be the Another lady walked in who was very pleasant and we advised her that we didnt want the spa and we would just have the massage. She then told us that one of the other ladies was running late (45 minutes late) just about to walk out when she arrived. The massage was quite pleasant. But all in all the experience was horrible didnt get our chocolates and just some tea (which I couldnt drink) with no vouchers but you know what I didnt care as I would never go back and would never recommend anyone to go there. I am so sorry Mum this was your first experience of a massage but I promise the next one will be much much better”

“Spa Experience nightmare for 2 unorganised unclean unwelcome – Paid $119 for the worst experience in Melbourne. I would rate zero stars but that was not an option. Where do I begin: 1. Shocking when making a booking. I called as soon as I received my voucher and the staff on the other end had no idea how to book us in – did not even ask me for the days I wanted or times or any of my details; she asked me to give them a call back when the manager was in later in the day; I called back then and the manager was still not in and said the manager was going to give me a call back; they didn’t call back so I called back and there was no acknowledgement of my efforts for giving them business. 2. Then my partner and I got there 10 minutes early so our spa experience would not be shortened (which is one of the conditions of the deal). They didnt know how to greet us at all. They said to me that the room is not ready, do we have something else we can do and well give you a call. I said we only have 2 hour parking. They said it should be ready about 2:45pm (15 minutes after our initial booking time what is the point in the booking time). Instead of arguing we said ok and gave our details for them to call us at about 2:45pm. It was about 2:55pm and still had not been notified, so we go back and the next batch of staff that were on had no idea. I said to them we were suppose to be at 2:30pm but because they had no idea they made it seem like we were late. I had to finish the sentence with but you were not ready. Then they finally made us feel at home offering Lipton tea and chocolates. As were waiting another 10 minutes it is clear that the place was VERY untidy and the staff were obviously slacking off. Apparently the Tatami lounge is suppose to be a feature in this deal but it was just 2 chairs and a coffee table. 3. On the way into the couples massage room the carpet and flooring looked like it had not been vacuumed and mopped in a VERY long time. The massage was shortened and although we were given the choice of which masseur we wanted; the choice of massage was not discussed which is another choice on the deal. 4. The full length of the massage was suppose to be 45 minutes; along with 15 minutes hot stone. Im unsure as to how sterile those stones were. Also the so-called spa on the deal is just someone running in half way our massage and turning on the hot water to a bathtub similar to one you find in your everyday household. As we were, getting our massage it was clear you can hear the other staff not working. 5. Then as the massage came to an end, the staff had the nerve to say oh were running behind schedule can you guys please shorten your spa time. Im disgusted at this! They had the nerve to make us wait a good 30-40 minutes at the start and then they are not honouring the rest of the deal. Oh and the 5 x $20 vouchers that we were suppose to get for future massages we didnt get that either. If we did, I would definitely not go back there. Worst experience ever.”

“I purchased a groupon voucher for $65 which included the 45 Min massage, 15 min hot stone treatment and 30 min spa….. it was not what i expected. THe only positive thing was that the Masseuse used the right amount of pressure. But the whole experience was below average…. the ambiance was ‘just not there’….. and the spa? lets just say, filling water in a tub at home would have been better…..and the chocolates they mentioned was but 1 tiny heart shaped chocolate with (prob Lipton or something) cup of black tea. As for the 5 $20 vouchers they promised… Nope, does not exist… they eventually gave me just 1 $20 voucher.. but that was it.. And that was because i pointed that out on the actual offer. I wanted to just get out and did not bother pursuing the others or arguing over it. Don’t think i would have used them again anyway..”
