As Siena_82 said. Very hard to make an appointment. I succeeded only once and was then charged close to double what the website quoted. These local places complain that big chains are taking over and that they can’t compete. They don’t realise though that they have the option to offer great customer service, which the chains don’t and don’t need to. Offer great customer service and people will come. This place is failing at it though.”

” really wanted to like this salon. They are an Aveda salon (and I love Aveda products), the management staff is so friendly, and the salon is walking distance to my house. However, the business is just not run very well. It was so hard to get a hold of them (I tried to call on weekdays and weekends during business hours) and they seem to be understaffed which affects availability – it was difficult to make an appointment because there appear to be only 2 stylists and their hours are limited. I’ve since given up. “
