We are currently the Authorised service agents for Rinnai Australia and Climate Technologies (Vulcan ,Pyrox, Bonaire and Celair)

Therefore when we visit your product if it can be repaired we will be the best equipped to do so carrying over $10k of parts on the vehicles and service manuals with fault codes and parts manuals not to mention we have been service agents for Rinnai and Climate technologies for over 5years overseeing the common faults that occur with the products.

If your product is unable to be repaired or is not cost effective to repair we will provide a FREE no obligation quote to supply a replacement product that will suit your needs and budget (conditions apply)

If You have no hot water we will provide you with temporary hot water free of charge until the work can be completed (conditions apply).
