“Terrible experience. The first thing the lady would ask from you is your booking payment. Then if you say you’ve found a lower fare somewhere else, she’ll ask for the price. You’ll probably get the ticket from her at the price you want, but be ready to accept changes to your travel plans. She’d change the dates, the times, the airline even because she “can’t find anything else”. But there’s nothing you can do – she’s already taken your booking money. I’d rather spend a few hundred extra elsewhere than deal with her conniving and manipulative ways.”
